These terms cover using the ZippZapp app and website, and listing a business with us. Using ZippZapp means you accept them.
1. Who we are
ZippZapp is operated from Ranchi, Jharkhand, India by Gautam Kumar. Contact: gautam@zippzapp.in, +91 7991123078.
2. What ZippZapp is
ZippZapp is a directory. We help you find local businesses and contact them. We are not a shop. We do not sell the products listed, hold stock, take payment on a business's behalf, arrange delivery, or take a cut of what you spend.
Any purchase, booking, service or dispute is strictly between you and that business. We are not a party to it.
3. Listing information
Prices, offers, opening hours, stock and descriptions come from the business itself. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee them. A shop may close early, run out of stock, or end an offer without telling us.
Please confirm anything important with the business before travelling to it.
4. Using ZippZapp
You agree not to:
- Use ZippZapp for anything unlawful.
- Scrape, copy or republish our listings in bulk.
- Interfere with the service or attempt to break its security.
- Misuse business contact details, including for spam or marketing.
- Submit false business enquiries or impersonate a business.
5. Terms for listed businesses
5.1 Your listing
By listing with ZippZapp you confirm that you own or are authorised to represent the business, that the details you give are true, and that you have the right to use any logo, photograph or banner you supply.
5.2 Advertising plans
Plans decide how prominently your listing appears — principally how much screen space your banner occupies in search results. Prices and inclusions are shown on our pricing page and may change; changes do not affect a period already paid for.
A plan does not guarantee results. We do not promise a number of views, calls or customers. What we sell is placement and space, not outcomes.
5.3 Relevance
Paying for a higher plan increases your prominence among businesses that match a customer's search. It does not make you appear in searches you are not relevant to. We apply this rule to every advertiser without exception, because results people cannot trust are worth nothing to anyone.
5.4 Payment and renewal
Payment is made directly to us before a listing period begins. Nothing renews automatically and we hold no card details. We will contact you before a period ends to ask whether you wish to continue.
5.5 Refunds
If we fail to publish your listing as agreed, we will refund the unused portion. Fees are not refundable simply because a listing did not produce the customers you hoped for, since we sell placement rather than outcomes.
5.6 Content we will not publish
We may reject or remove any listing or offer that:
- Is misleading, or advertises something the business cannot supply.
- Concerns illegal goods or services.
- Uses images or trademarks the business has no right to use.
- Is offensive, or targets any group.
- Belongs to a business we cannot verify as real.
Where we remove a paid listing for these reasons, we will explain why and give you a fair chance to correct it.
6. Offers and Trending
Limited-time offers carry a start and end time set by the business. They disappear automatically when they expire. Honouring an offer while it is running is the business's responsibility, not ours.
7. Availability
We try to keep ZippZapp running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of problems with networks or third-party services we depend on.
8. Liability
ZippZapp is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from goods or services bought from a listed business, inaccurate listing information, or a business being unavailable.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Your data
How we handle information is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Material changes affecting listed businesses will be communicated directly.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand have jurisdiction over any dispute.
